SHAH & PATEL is a firm of Chartered Accountants and Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Statutory body established under The Chartered Accountants Act, 1949. The firm and it's members are practicing for more than 20 years and are providing wide range of services in the field of Audit, Assurance, Tax (Direct and Indirect), Transfer Pricing, Business and Financial Assets Valuations, Business Advisory and Book Keeping.
The firm is headed by 2 partners and a team of qualified and highly motivated and skilled professionals who has gain in-depth knowledge and experience in providing quality services to the clients with their knowledge and commitment. NIMESH SHAH Chartered Accountant
Nimesh Shah is the founder partner of the SHAH & PATEL, Chartered Accountants. He is fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He did his graduation from Sardar Patel University, Vidhyanagar in the year 1996 with gold medal in Economics. He has also completed his graduation of law from Gujarat University in the year 2000.
Nimesh Shah has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Audits, Tax specifically Indirect taxes, Business advisory, Developing management information systems and organizational process flow, Cost structuring and Business structuring.
SANDIP PATEL Chartered Accountant
Sandip Patel is the founder partner of the SHAH & PATEL, Chartered Accountants. He is fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He did his graduation from Gujarat University in the year 1996 and is also qualified in the post qualification course of ICAI in Information System Audit (ISA) D.I.S.A. He has also accomplished certificate course of International Taxation and Transfer Pricing from ICAI. He is also registered with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) as registered Valuer for Securities and Financial Assets (SFA).
Sandip Patel has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Audits, Tax & Business advisory for the company and specializes in international taxation, Mergers and acquisitions, Project financing and Business and financial assets valuation.
